The brisket is one of the nine beef primal cuts and one of the four main barbecue meats. This cut yields up a full-flavored, tender juiciness and is best slow cooked. The cut of choice used by BBQ masters, and some call it the national food of the Republic of Texas.

  • We are a local beef producer and do not currently offer shipping. Orders will need to be picked up in College Station, TX or Bryan, TX. Once your order is placed, we will coordinate a day & location to pick up your beef. We coordinate beef pickups 2 days per week in Bryan and College Station.
